What we collect, and what we do with it
Short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form so we can answer it, plus anonymous usage statistics. We do not sell anything to anyone, and there is no marketing list to be added to.
Draft pending legal review. This notice describes what the website technically does. It has not yet been reviewed by counsel, and the retention period below is a proposal rather than a decision.
Who we are
This website is operated by Blexor Technologies, the trading name of Blexor LLC. For any question about this notice or about data we hold, use the contact form and mark it for the attention of privacy.
What we collect when you contact us
If you submit the contact form, the assessment, or the intake assistant summary, we receive and store:
- your name, work email address, and company;
- your role and phone number, if you chose to give them;
- what your enquiry is about, and the description you wrote;
- how you heard about us, if you chose to say — counted in aggregate to tell us which channels are worth our time;
- where the enquiry came from — the form, the assessment, or the assistant — and for the last two, the answers or conversation summary you chose to send.
We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to have the resulting conversation. It is not used for marketing, it is not shared with third parties for their own purposes, and it is never sold.
What we collect when you just read
We collect aggregate usage statistics — which pages are visited, which calls to action are clicked, and roughly where in the world visitors are. This tells us which parts of the site are useful and which are not.
We do not set advertising cookies, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of individual visitors for marketing.
The services we use
Where the site relies on a third party, this is what it is for:
- Brevo — delivers the notification email when you submit an enquiry, so it reaches a person.
- Cloudflare Turnstile — checks that form submissions come from a person rather than a script. It shows no puzzle and sets no advertising identifier.
- Cloudflare — serves the site and protects it from abuse.
- PostHog and Google Analytics — the aggregate usage statistics described above.
- Cal.com — if you book a call, your booking details are handled by Cal.com.
- Anthropic — powers the intake assistant. What you type into that panel is sent to Anthropic’s API to generate the reply. Nothing from that conversation is stored by us unless you choose to send the summary through the form.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for the business relationship, and we propose reviewing and deleting enquiries older than 24 months that did not lead to one. Aggregate usage statistics are retained according to the analytics providers’ own retention settings.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us through the form and we will act on it. Depending on where you live you may also have the right to complain to a data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes materially we will update this page. The version you are reading describes the site as currently deployed.
